What is Massage?
Massage is a hand's on approach to healing. Massage facilitates an environment in which the body can heal itself. Whether it be a 60-minute therapeutic massage or a 20-minute chair massage, the effect is similar. Both are done in a hand's on manner, with client relaxation being one of the key goals.
What can Massage do for me?
Massage will relieve stress in tired muscles, increase recovery after injury, prevent sports injuries and improve overall well-being. Regular massage can virtually eliminate Repetitive Strain Injuries. Studies have shown that employees are more productive after a chair massage. Clients who are massaged regularly report less stress and muscle fatigue and increased general well being.
